Dealing with the loss of a loved one is the most difficult experience imaginable. Mike and Matt Cotter displayed incredible compassion during the entire process of coordinating our Dad's wake and funeral service. You can be assured of the utmost "respect" and "dignity" when you need it most. Our family was comforted by the genuine empathy shown by everyone at Cotter - they understand and treat you as if they are truly feeling your sorrow. They also reached out on several occasions after the funeral to make sure we were doing okay. Our loss was easier to endure knowing Mike and Matt were assisting in carrying out all of Dad's final wishes in a way he would have been extremely pleased with - Our sincere "Thank You."
