Corey Gene Havlovitz

Corey Gene Havlovitz, 48, Denmark, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2015. He was born January 25, 1967 in Manitowoc, son to Eugene and Marion (Vandenavond) Havlovitz. Corey graduated from Mishicot High School in 1985. Corey worked for the Local 330 Carpenters Union for many years. He married Paula Piontek on September 14, 1991 at Holy Martyrs of Gorkum Catholic Church. Corey enjoyed fishing, hunting, and helping his brother on his race car. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved helping others and would do anything for anyone. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Paula; daughter, Nicole, at home; son, Derek, at home; parents, Eugene and Marion Havlovitz, Maribel; two brothers, Kevin (Joanne) Havlovitz and their children, Brandon and Ryan, Maribel, Kerry (Sara) Havlovitz and their children Katelyn and Nathan, Maribel; one sister, Kim Schlies and her children Brianna and Tyler, Pilsen; father-in-law, Joe (Kay) Piontek, town of Eaton; mother-in-law, Pat (Mike) Nechodom, Green Bay; two brothers-in-law, Tim (Vicki) Piontek, Green Bay, and Brian (Jackie) Piontek and their children Haley and Reece, town of Eaton; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Bruce Schlies. Family and friends may visit Prince of Peace Catholic Community, 3425 Willow Road, Green Bay, on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday at church, with Fr.
