David J. Plouff, 72, De Pere, passed away on May 15, 2015. He was born on January 12, 1943 in Green Bay to the late Valintine and Rose (Speener) Plouff. David led a very fulfilling life. He loved music, dancing, television and being with friends. He worked up until the day he died, for many years at Aspiro and later at Innovative Services Day Program. David had a very happy home life with wonderful, caring and loving caregivers. He was truly blessed and we all will miss him. Surviving David are his siblings; Vernon Plouff, Kay Unrath, Donald (Byrdie) Plouff, Patricia (John) Collen, Rosemary (Tom) Quevillion; brothers-in-law, Reuben Aerts, Richard Kellerman; many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by siblings; Val Plouff, Victor (Gertie), Bernard (1st wife, Esther), (2nd wife, Mary), Frances (Robert) Stammer, Caroline (Frank) Simeon, Edith Aerts, Thelma Kellerman; sister-in-law, Margaret Plouff; brother-in-law, Webb Unrath. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, on Wednesday, May 20,2015 from 5pm to 7pm. A parish prayer service will be at 6:30pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 S. Michigan St., De Pere from 9:30am to 10:15am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am with Rev. Richard Getchel officiating. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
