David A. Schmidt

David Schmidt, age 49, passed away with his father and uncle by his side on October 21, 2024. 

David was born on January 30, 1975 in Green Bay to Robert and Marcia Schmidt. He attended Green Bay schools and graduated from Preble High School in 1993. David proudly owned his own business selling dedicated and virtual servers for computers. 

He enjoyed watching movies, keeping up on the news, and spending time with his son Grant. In his younger years, David loved to camp and vacation with his family, especially in Florida. He loved to take Grant to the amusement parks at Disney. He was a video game enthusiast and was always excited to get the family pool ready for the summer. David also had an interest in investing. 

David is survived by his son, Grant; father: Robert; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his mother Marcia; paternal grandparents: Reuben and Joyce Schmidt; maternal grandparents: R.W. Nelson and Romaine Nelson.

Private family services were held.
