Edythe M. Lutgen

Edythe M. Lutgen, 86, Bellevue, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013 at her home. She was born January 22, 1927 in Minneapolis, MN, daughter to the late George and Edith (Denson) Bingham. She graduated from North High School in Minneapolis, and married Henry Lutgen on November 16, 1945. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2000. Edythe enjoyed golfing, sewing, and was a fabulous baker. Survivors include her five children: Mary Beth (John) Jameson, Evanston, IL, Jon (Barbara) Lutgen, De Pere, George (Melissa) Lutgen, Oshkosh, Jane Ann (David) Wickwire, Lake Zurich, IL, and Joette Lutgen, Freedom; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Edythe was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. Family and friends may call Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of funeral service at 5:00 p.m. at Cotter Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 860 N.
