Francis H. (Frank) Hendricks,83, De Pere, passed away at home on Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Son of the late Herbert and Elizabeth (Gerrits) Hendricks was born July 22, 1929 in De Pere. Frank married the former Carole VerDoot on August 30, 1952 at St Patrick Catholic Church in Green Bay. He was a dedicated employee of Milprint in De Pere, before retiring after 44 years of service. Frank and Carole owned and operated Hendricks Drapery Service for over 35 years. He was a lifelong member of St Mary Parish in Ledgeview. Many family memories were made at Legend Lake where Frank enjoyed much of his retirement. He enjoyed bird watching and was very talented at woodworking, making many family heirlooms. He was also an avid Packer fan. Frank is survived by his wife, Carole; children: Michael (Cindy) Hendricks, Houghton, MI; David Hendricks, De Pere; Stephen (Jill) Hendricks, De Pere; Jim (Lori) Hendricks, Waterford; Heidi Hendricks and her special friend, Matt Ness, Green Bay; grandchildren: Nicholas, Jonathan, Emily, Shauna, Christopher (Elissa), Curt (Brittany), Eric (Kaela), Matthew, and Melissa; great-grandchildren: Aiden, Lydia, and Parker; brothers: Mark Hendricks, De Pere; Leo (Kate) Hendricks, Madison; sisters; Rita (Lawrence) Van Straten, De Pere, Betty Drewiske, De Pere; as well as many nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Danielle; sister, Florence (Bud) Cullen; brother, Carl “Jeff” (Angie) Hendricks; brothers-in-law, Roger Drewiske and Milton VerDoot; sisters-in-law, Ruth Hendricks, JoAnn VerDoot, and Jacquline Verheyden; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Henry and Laura VerDoot. Family and friends may call at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, on Sunday, December 9, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday, December 10, 2012 at St. Mary Parish, 4805 Sportsman Dr., Ledgeview, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00a.m. with the Rev.
