Kay Elaine Duescher-Kind, 60, Maribel, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015. She was born September 21, 1955. Kay married Douglas A. Kind on September 2, 1984, and together were blessed with two children, daughter, Tasha (Arvind) Kumar, and grandson, Ishan; and son, Bryant Kind; also survived by her brothers: Robert and Debbie Duescher, Duane and Ruthann Duescher, and Charles and Bernie Duescher; sister, Lisa and Dale Reed; and is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. Family and friends may visit Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R, Denmark, on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Maribel, with the Rev. Daniel Cole officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com. The family extends a special thank you to Holy Family Convent for years of love and devotion; Unity Hospice; and to her very special friends who have been there for her. You know who you are.
