Marjorie A. Roy, 82, Denmark, died Wednesday, June 25, 2014. She was born May 10, 1932, in Manitowoc, WI, to the late Sylvia J. and Francis “Frank” Duben. She was previously married to late Harvey Dart and the late Robert Roy. Marge was loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her interests included sewing, canning, gardening, scary movies, pink roses and a love of birds and animals. Those who knew Marge knew her small stature, enduring strength and resilience. Survivors include her children and their spouses, Harlan and Penelope Dart, Green Bay; Bryan and Katie Dart, Denmark; Deborah and David VanderPoole, Milwaukee; a brother, Rick Duben, Green Bay; Dan Duben, Green Bay; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Family and friends may call Friday, June 27, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. at Zion United Methodist Church, 231 Chicago Street, Denmark, with the Rev. Henry Yoap officiating. Dinner will follow at the church. Interment of her ashes will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Nicolet Memorial Gardens. Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, Denmark, is assisting the family.
