June 24, 1943 — June 29, 2014

Paula Gene Voegtli Kindsgrab went home to be with her Lord Sunday June 29th, 2014 at her home in Ashwaubenon, surrounded by family and friends. Paula was the youngest of 8 children, she was born on June 24th, 1943 in Columbus, OH to John and Gladys Voegtli. When still a young child Paula’s family moved to Washington, DC where she attended grammar school and then attended the Academy of the Holy Cross and also went to College. On Sept 2nd, 1967 Paula married Henry (Hank) Kindsgrab in New Brunswick, NJ where Hank was attending Rutgers University. In 1972 they relocated to Northeastern, WI where they raised their 2 sons Kurt and Hans. Paula was a highly respected and successful business entrepreneur. In 1987 Paula took over her father’s family business, Ad Ideas of Wisconsin, and developed it into a thriving and successful promotional products company. She mentored both her sons to succeed her in the business and today both are active in successful divisions of the original company. Kurt Kindsgrab is President of Image Innovators, a distributor division to the industry and Hans Kindsgrab is President of Zipline, a supplier division to the same industry. In her younger years she loved antique hunting with friends and she was an expert at hand caning and repairing wicker furniture. She loved to fish, notably soaking a bobber on Shawano Lake was a past time she shared with her family and many friends over the years. She loved the ocean and their Florida condo in West Palm Beach, where she and Hank wintered for the last 10 years. She was strong in her convictions and her faith in Jesus as her Lord and Savior, sharing that faith whenever she had an opportunity. Paula was predeceased by two brothers, Herbert Eugene and Joseph Robert and two sisters Nancy (Scott) Wessinger and Kathleen Voegtli and her parents, John and Gladys Voegtli. She is survived by her husband, Henry (Hank), her sons Kurt (Fara) of Green Bay, WI and Hans (Shannon) of Apex, North Carolina and four grandchildren, Kaden, Kyla, Ryan, and Evan and by her sisters Mary Joan (Willard) Janssen and Julie Zahn, both of De Pere, WI and a brother John William of Easton, MD and many nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be from 2:00-3:00pm at Living Hope Church, 1840 W. Mason St, Green Bay on July 9th with a memorial service to be held at 3:00pm.
