Penny Bollom, age 83, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, was born to eternal life on October 27, 2023. On January 3, 1940, she was born in Green Bay to Harold and Kathleen (Connelly) Dollar, who instilled in her a deep love for family. Penny was a graduate of De Pere High School.
Penny met the love of her life, Dan Bollom, while working at WPS, and they were happily married for an impressive 64 years.

The family enjoyed visits to Door County together and Florida during their retirement.
She is survived by her husband, Dan; children: Greg (Kathy DeMets), Steve (Mary), David (Maria Ambrose), Mary Beth (David) Niebler; grandchildren: Andrea (Dan) Higgins, Emily (Logan Phillipps) Bollom, Matthew (fiance Melany Eckhardt) Bollom, Patrick (Jenna Becker) Bollom, Mark Bollom, the late Andy Niebler, Hannah Niebler, Celia Niebler; great-grandchildren: Beau, Remi and Blake; brother Dave (Sherry) Dollar; sister-in-law: Nancy Dollar; Dan's family: Bill (Kathy) Bollom and Lola (LeRoy) Schroeder.
