Raymond J. Pansier

October 1, 1918 — February 8, 2018

Ray Pansier, 99 passed away peacefully surrounded by his seven children on Thursday, February 8, 2018. He was born in the town of De Pere. He married the love of his life, Helen Reedy on May 25th, 1944. They enjoyed Polka Dancing with their friends. He started his career farming and retired from the De Pere School District after 23 years. After retirement he pursued his favorite hobby of woodworking making many keepsakes for his family.Ray lived his life in such a way that not only was he the most amazing man in the eyes of his family, and everyone who knew him. Through out his life he had a strong faith in God which he passed down to his family.His smile, humbleness and ability to bring happiness onto others will never be forgotten. His favorite saying was “I love you 1000 times”. Survivors include his children, Sondra Schaller and children Gary (Christine) Schaller, Chris (Tracy) Schaller; Carol (Al) Sabel and children Jeff (Niki) Morella, Stephanie (Nick) Hecker; Kathy (Mike) Moenssens and children Missy (Eric) Dudek, Nicole (Brian) Klicka, Katie (Scott) Komp; Darlene (Dale) Schadrie an children Jodi (Brian) Hobbs, Todd (Crystal) Schadrie, Holly (Scott) Andler; Mark (Donna) Pansier and children Scott (Kim) Pansier, Jennifer (Dave) Ellis, William (Lindsay) Pansier; Dennis (Luann) Pansier and children Joel (Kathy) Pansier, Jill (Scott) Brosig, Eric (Nicki) Pansier, Chris (Fiance Jessica Krueger); Diane (Jim) Laurino and daughter Alexa Laurino; 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Helen and grandson, Jesse Morella. Family and friends may call on Monday, February 12, 2018 at St. Marys Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Dr, Ledgeview, from 9:00 am until 10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Special Thank You to all the helpful staff at Unity Hospice. .
