August 26, 1943 — November 29, 2013

Rosemary “Rosie” A. (Le Tourneau) Maes, Green Bay, passed away peacefully Friday, November 29, 2013 with her family by her side. She was born August 26, 1943 in Green Bay, WI to the late Alice and Elwood Le Tourneau. Rosie was a graduate of Green Bay West High School. After graduation, she married Donald Maes in December 1962, and together they had two wonderful daughters. Rosie was a stay at home Mom for years. She served as brownie troop leader, enjoyed traveling in the RV, making French toast before sending the girls to school and gardening. She drove school bus for many years and then was employed at Bank One in Green Bay until her illness prevented her from working. Rosie battled MS for several years yet always managed to have a huge smile on her face. She enjoyed her days at NEW Curative and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters and their spouses, Allison and Carl Pettey of Kimberly and Kristin and Paul Northway of De Pere, her brother Gary Le Tourneau of Green Bay, and her grandchildren that she so adored – Hunter and Spencer Pettey and Andrew and Aaron Northway. The sight of the visiting boys always brought a smile to Rosie’s face. Also survived by her former husband, Donald Maes. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Danny and Mark, as well as a sister-in-law, Bonnie Le Tourneau. Family and friends may call Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. until the hour of funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere. Interment will be in Ft.
