Tom Zoeller of De Pere WI, age 66 "56" for the ladies, Passed on June 19, 2021 after a 11 months battle with cancer. Tom loved his career and enjoyed shooting, kick boxing, earning his third degree black belt in karate, dancing socially and competitively, motorcycle riding, traveling, spending time with his friends and time at his second home in Scottsdale AZ.
Tom enlisted in the United States Army in 1974 and later went through the ROTC program through UWGB /St. Norbert College. Tom's career consisted of starting an accounting practice expanding into a financial planning and became a well-known national speaker lecturing about estate planning, income tax planning, small business consulting and financial planning. His education accomplishments include graduating high school from Green Bay West High, Certificate in Accounting from College of Lake County, BA from Columbia College, Masters from Washington School of Law and a PhD from Washington School of Law. He also received the following designations in his field: IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Tom is survived by a daughter Jessica Rubio, son-in-law Abraham Rubio, two amazing grandchildren Angel & Ariella Rubio and a niece Melissa Melotte (great nephew Griffin & Addison). There are too many friends to list them all but some of the more important ones would include Jessica Nearman (Jesse Savage), Michelle Deschaine, Julie & Kevin Woodall, Al Reimer (Kay), Carrie Young and so many others. I thank you all for the joy and happiness you have brought to my life.
Family and friends may visit at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams Street, Green Bay, on Thursday, July 1, from 8:30am until 10:15am. Service will follow at 10:30am with Fr. Andy Cribben, O.Praem officiating. Burial will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
God has been so very generous to me and I have had an unbelievable life. I did not plan on leaving this precious world this early but, I truly enjoyed and appreciated the time I had, thank you God.
