William "Bill" Moser

William (Bill) Moser, 72, Greenleaf, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton. He was born September 7, 1944 to the late Willard (Bill) and Lucille (Van Vreede) Moser. He shared his life with his lifelong partner, Linda Hermes, for 45 years. He graduated from St. John High School in Little Chute, and served in the US Army as a Huay helicopter mechanic. He was employed by Thilmany’s in Kaukauna and retired as Head Heater Engineer. Bill loved collecting model trains and guns. He enjoyed playing computer games and reading science fiction, stories of planes and history of all kinds. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Greenleaf. Bill was a wonderful brother and friend who would always be there if you needed him. He is survived by his beloved life partner, Linda Hermes and his children, William Hermes, Greenleaf; 5 grandchildren; his sisters, Fay (Laszlo) Stumpf and Linda Moser (Tom Erickson) and Elaine (Curt) Nelson; his nieces and nephews: Julie (Bill) Gardner and Tim (Mary Jo) Bauer; his extended family, Stacey Cummings, Karise Schoenbrock, Roger (Cindy) Hermes, Joann Hermes, Randy and Jean Hermes, Janet and Phillip Johnson, and Rich and Linda (Lulu) Cummings. He was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Moser; his parents; and extended family: George and Jenny Hermes, Jerry Hermes, and Ronald and Diane Cummings. Family and friends may visit St. Clare Parish-St. Mary site, Greenleaf, on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m., with Fr.
